We have thoroughly enjoying our school break! I am going to post a few photos of what we have been up to. Some of the highlights so far have been: picnic on the airstrip (about 10 minute drive down the hill from our house), swimming in Nairobi, scrapbooking for Joyellen, building an addition to the chicken coop for Jeff (sounds funny!), stargazing at night with the kids, chai at the dukas, and today we ventured down to a local town (about 20 minutes down the hill) and visited a quaint little Italian chapel. Very picturesque.
We look forward to Joyellen’s parents visiting next week for about a month. We should have some more pictures to post after that!
